Job Description
We are hiring Senior Sales Executives for our Bakery.
Job Responsibilities are as follow
- Promote and sell cakes, pastries, and bakery products to walk-in customers, corporate clients, and bulk buyers.
- Upsell add-ons such as premium designs, custom flavors, candles, toppers, and delivery services.
- Convert inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media) into confirmed orders
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers, event planners, hotels, cafés, and corporate clients.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and ensure satisfaction.
- Take accurate cake orders including size, flavor, design, delivery date, and customization details.
- Coordinate with the production/kitchen team to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment.
- Follow up with customers on order status and delivery confirmation.
- Identify and approach corporate clients for birthdays, anniversaries, events, and festivals.
- Generate bulk and recurring orders from offices, restaurants, and event organizers.
- Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
