Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles, with a primary focus on Property Consultants, and corporate support functions. The ideal candidate must have proven recruitment experience within the UAE real estate sector and a strong understanding of local hiring practices, commission-based roles, and brokerage structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Recruit real estate professionals including Property Consultants, Sales Agents, Leasing Agents, and Management roles
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
- Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and compliance with UAE regulations
- Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports for management
- Strengthen employer branding to position Oia Properties as an employer of choice in the Abu Dhabi real estate market
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory: Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the UAE Real Estate market
- Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a brokerage or real estate firm
- Strong understanding of commission-based hiring, agent structures, and real estate licensing requirements
- Proven ability to source high-performing real estate sales talent
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
