Perform topographic, layout, control, and as-built surveys using advanced equipment including Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and digital levels.
Interpret engineering drawings, set out building layouts, levels, and coordinates accurately for foundations, structures, and utilities.
Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and traverse networks.
Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, plots, calculations, and as-built documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure alignment with approved plans.
Monitor construction progress through regular surveys and provide data for quantity verification and handover.
