Review, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, identifying discrepancies and providing prompt resolutions to site-related issues.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance at all times.
Lead, guide, and supervise site engineers, foremen, and technical staff, ensuring optimal productivity and workflow coordination.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring smooth execution of project phases.
