Supervise and manage plumbing technicians, chargehands, and helpers on site
Execute plumbing works including water supply, drainage, sanitary, rainwater, and firefighting piping
Read and interpret approved shop drawings, layouts, and specifications
Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower efficiently
Coordinate with MEP engineers, QA/QC, safety officers, and other trades
Ensure plumbing installations comply with project specifications, local authority codes, and standards
Monitor material usage and request materials as per work schedule
Identify and resolve site issues and clashes in coordination with engineers
Ensure work is completed as per project timelines and quality requirements
Enforce HSE and safety procedures on site
Attend site meetings and provide daily/weekly progress reports
Conduct testing, flushing, and commissioning support activities
