Job Description
We are looking for an experienced JLG / MEWP Equipment Technician to join our Service Team.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, and other access platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on MEWPs (JLG, Genie, Manlift, Skyjack, etc.)
- Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical system faults
- Carry out safety inspections and functional testing in line with manufacturer standards
- Prepare accurate service reports and update job cards
- Attend breakdowns at customer sites and respond promptly
- Coordinate with the service team and spare parts department
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in MEWP / access equipment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, CANBUS, controllers, and sensors
- Experience with JLG, Genie, Haulotte, Manlift, or similar brands
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and diagnostic manuals
- Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa preferred
- Qatar driving license is an advantage
