Management Consultation: Guiding leaders and managers on sensitive employee issues, corrective actions, and best ER practices. Employee Engagement: Promoting positive relationships, analyzing trends, supporting well-being, and overseeing engagement programs. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records for disciplinary actions, investigations, and official communications.
