Install, configure and carry out all the systems administration requirements systems. Maintain and evaluate new technologies and procedures for backup, restoration, and disaster recovery for high availability and high-volume mission critical systems Proactively monitor systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime. Provide trend analysis to service management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management. Responsible for improvement and maintenance of IT systems including rollout of upgrades and latest security patches or bug fixes as soon as released by vendor. Perform DR rehearsal activities within agreed RTO and RPO defined by central bank BCP team. Build DR and participate in DR / DC failover, failback drills or DR silo activities. Responsible for performance, integrity and security of IT systems.
