MEP Project Manager

Role Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager, Electrical who is DEWA approved to manage renovation and modification projects for villas, apartments, and commercial buildings in the UAE. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in electrical works, authority approvals, and project execution within a building contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical works for renovation and modification projects (villas, apartments, commercial buildings).
- Handle DEWA submissions, approvals, inspections, and NOCs.
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and UAE regulations.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and handover documents.
Mandatory Requirements
- DEWA Approved Electrical Engineer (valid license).
- Minimum 7 -10 years UAE experience, including renovation & modification projects.
- Experience with building contracting companies in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, DEWA regulations, and site execution.
- Proven experience managing projects independently.
