Hiring: Tower Rigger
Responsibilities
- Tower climbing & rooftop rigging
- Install & align antennas, RRUs, MW dishes, feeder/fiber cables
- Support tower reinforcement & civil mounting works
- Follow HSE, working-at-height & safety procedures
- Complete site documentation & coordinate with site teams
Requirements
- 1–4 years telecom/civil rigging experience
- Tower Climber & Rescue Certificate (mandatory)
- Knowledge of MW alignment, cable routing & steel supports
- Physically fit & safety-oriented
