IMCC Transport & General Contract LLC is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager Infrastructure to join our dynamic team based in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects including roadworks, utilities, and civil engineering works.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and communication skills, who can manage complex projects from initiation to handover while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and progress reports
• Perform risk assessments and ensure timely execution
• Supervise on-site operations and cross-functional teams
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master s is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years experience in infrastructure project management
• Proven experience in roadworks, utility works, or public infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Knowledge of local regulatory and safety standards
