Job Description
Acamind Academy is a fast-growing EdTech and professional training institute offering career-oriented courses in Finance, Accounting, HR, Supply Chain, Digital Marketing, Languages, and Technology.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with strong sales and student counseling experience to drive enrollments and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable courses based on their career goals
- Clearly explain course details, fees, certifications, schedules, and career outcomes
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
- Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM / lead management system
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for promotions and batch planning
- Build long-term relationships with students for referrals and repeat enrollments
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in EdTech, training institutes, education sales, or course counseling
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)
- Proven ability to close sales in a target-driven environment
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in selling professional courses, certifications, or training programs
- Understanding of student mindset and career counselling
- Ability to work with high lead volumes
