Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of UAE market experience. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS and proven expertise in handling flight bookings, reissues, refunds, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings using Sabre, Amadeus and other Portals.
- Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and routing options.
- Assist corporate and leisure clients with travel requirements.
- Ensure compliance with airline rules, fare regulations, and company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on airline policies, UAE travel regulations, and GDS updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Travel Consultant (mandatory).
- Strong working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS.
- Experience handling corporate and retail travel bookings.
- Good knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, and travel documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with visas, hotels, and travel insurance is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
