We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources support and daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll data and employee coordination
- Handle office administration and facility management
- Prepare reports, notices, and official correspondence
- Handle GOSI and LMRA registrations, renewals, and compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Good knowledge of HR processes and office administration
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
