Are You the One Who Closes the Big Deals?
At Aldrich International, we don’t just host events; we build the stages where the global Oil & Gas industry meets. Our expos—like MECOC, MEICA, and AIMCS—are backed by government bodies and energy giants. To keep this momentum, we need a Sponsorship Sales Specialist who knows how to turn a cold lead into a long-term partnership.
Note: This isn't a role for generalists. We are looking for a specialist with a proven track record in Sponsorship Sales for Conferences & Exhibitions/Events.
Your Mission:
You won't just be selling floor space; you’ll be selling influence. Reporting directly to the Director of Events, you will:
- Hunt & Close: Identify and secure high-value sponsors through strategic research and face-to-face networking.
- Build the Future: You aren't just joining a team; you are expected to eventually form and lead your own sales force as we scale.
- Become an Industry Expert: Dive deep into the Oil & Gas world to understand the marketing needs of global players.
- Nurture Relationships: Move beyond the transaction to maintain long-term, high-standard customer service with past and future exhibitors.
What You Bring to the Table:
- The "Sponsorship" Edge: You have deep experience specifically in conference/exhibition/event sales.
- Curiosity: You are a natural researcher. You love to read, stay curious, and actually understand the Energy industry rather than just skimming the surface.
- Communication: Flawless English is a must. If you speak other languages, that’s your secret weapon.
- Adaptability: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are a master of persuasion, whether on the phone or in a boardroom.
The Package:
- Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 (Based on your expertise).
- Uncapped Potential: Competitive commission % for every sale you close.
