We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, enterprise client acquisition, and strategic business growth. You must be skilled in understanding client needs, proposing tailored IT solutions, and building long-term relationships in the Saudi market. 𝐅𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐜 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞.


𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬


➤ Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the IT and digital solutions sector.


➤ Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders.


➤ Understand client requirements and propose customized technology solutions.


➤ Prepare and deliver high-impact business presentations, proposals, and demos.


➤ Work closely with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy.


➤ Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms as per company policies.


➤ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.


➤ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.


➤ Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry conferences.


𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬


➤ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.


➤ Strong understanding of the Saudi market and technology landscape.


➤ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise deals.


➤ Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong command of English.


➤ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


➤ Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
