� Serve as the primary point of contact for all electrical engineering activities on-site, representing the client. � Coordinate closely with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless integration and delivery of electrical systems. � Review and provide comments on electrical design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. � Ensure electrical works are executed as per approved specifications, authority guidelines (DEWA, DCD, etc.), and project timelines. � Oversee site execution of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, low voltage, and ELV systems. � Facilitate and attend technical coordination meetings, inspections, and authority interface meetings as needed. � Monitor and report on the progress, quality, and safety of electrical installations. � Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems in collaboration with the contractor and consultant teams. � Identify technical risks and propose solutions to avoid delays, cost impact, or quality issues. � Prepare regular technical reports, progress updates, and highlight any design or execution challenges to the Senior Manager – MEP. � Ensure full compliance with DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant local authorities for all electrical installations. � Support procurement reviews and provide technical input during tender evaluations when required.
