CAMP BOSS
Oil & Gas Project – Qatar
Qualifications:
- GCC experience preferred
- Relevant Diploma/Certificate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Certifications: First Aid, Firefighting, PSSR, PST
- Strong industry experience with proven management skills
- Ability to operate under strict budgetary controls
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Good knowledge of Environmental Safety and Personnel Safety
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per company SOP
- Maintain records including:
- Camp strength reports
- Incident / Near-miss reports
- Work permits
- Material & gate pass permits
- Quarterly cabin & camp inspection reports
- Maintenance records
- Oversee daily camp operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Supervise camp staff and ensure camp rules and regulations are followed
- Ensure safety, wellbeing, and proper living standards for all residents
- Manage room allotments as per company procedures and ensure proper accommodation with all basic amenities for new arrivals
