URGENT HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER
(Sugar Factory / Factory Implementation Experience Required)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with hands-on expertise in sugar factory projects or end-to-end factory implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete factory setup/implementation from planning to commissioning
- Manage civil, mechanical, electrical, and utility coordination
- Oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site execution challenges
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sugar factory projects OR industrial/factory implementation
- Strong background in project planning and execution
- Knowledge of plant layout, machinery installation, and commissioning
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders
