Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist based in Dubai. The Receptionist will manage daily front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls professionally, and scheduling appointments.

Additional responsibilities include administrative and clerical duties such as organizing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining an efficient office environment. The role also requires delivering excellent customer service to ensure positive and professional experience for all clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a receptionist or Front Desk role
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and professional reception duties
  • Strong clerical and administrative skills, including organizing records and managing correspondence
  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a professional and client-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer applications
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and professional environment
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
