Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Specialist (Education & Consultancy). The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our training and consultancy services. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and meeting set sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client management, and achieving sales targets
• Proven experience in building client relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
• Familiarity with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards, preferably in industries such as construction, oil & gas, or hospitality
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
• Prior experience in sales related to training or consultancy services is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

Preferences

• 2+ years of sales experience in education/ consultancy/ similar industry
• Valid UAE visa holders preferred
