Yacht IQ is a growing premium yachting & interiors company based in Dubai. We’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable, proactive all-rounder to support daily operations across admin, finance support, procurement — and to be the welcoming first point of contact in our office.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, coordination, and being close to real business operations — not a narrow job title.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Handling reception duties and welcoming visitors and clients
• Managing calls, emails, and general front-office coordination
• Day-to-day office administration and organization
• Supporting invoicing, payments, expenses, and basic financial tracking
• Assisting with procurement, supplier communication, and purchase orders
• Organizing documents, records, and internal systems
• Supporting internal operations and improving workflows
• Assisting across teams when needed (sales, marketing, showroom support)
What We’re Looking For
• Professional, friendly, and well-presented
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, documents, and systems
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Good English communication skills
• Experience in admin, operations, accounting support, or reception is a plus
• Background in trading, interiors, or technical- service-based businesses is an advantage (but not required)
