Required experience
· A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is essential.
· Possess relevant certifications such as CDMP, or similar data management certifications.
· Experience within the financial services or healthcare industries is highly desirable.
· A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data management, with progressive responsibility.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
· Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, ETL tools, and data warehousing technologies is crucial.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are a must.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating data teams.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
