Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Specialist (B2B) to manage and expand our portfolio of corporate and institutional clients.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in corporate sales within the food or FMCG sector and a strong ability to manage key accounts, long-term contracts, and high-value client relationships.
This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth through corporate partnerships, bulk orders, private labeling, gifting solutions, and institutional supply agreements.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage corporate and key accounts including enterprises, hospitality groups, distributors, and institutional clients.
· Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities, long-term contracts, and framework agreements.
· Lead end-to-end corporate sales cycles: prospecting, proposal development, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure.
· Conduct corporate product presentations, tastings, and solution demos tailored to client needs.
· Coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of corporate orders.
· Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in all corporate engagements.
· Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales targets.
· Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and account performance reviews.
· Monitor market trends, competitors, and corporate pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
· Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, quotations, and client interactions within the CRM system (e.g., Odoo).

Qualifications & Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in Corporate / B2B Sales, preferably in food, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors within Saudi Arabia.
· Proven experience managing key accounts and enterprise-level clients.
· Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, SASO) and their impact on corporate client requirements.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
· Strong commercial acumen with a track record of closing high-value deals.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferably Odoo).
