Position: Solution Manager – GPS & Telematics

About the job
We are looking for an experienced Solution Manager to lead our solutions and pre-sales function, bridge business requirements with technical delivery, and drive successful solution design and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions.
- Own solution architecture, technical proposals, and pre-sales documentation.
- Oversee pre-sales activities including demos, technical presentations, RFPs/RFQs and POCs.
- Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery by collaborating with Operations and Installation teams.
- Align solution offers with company strategy, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs related to solution delivery, pre-sales success, and support efficiency.
- Identify risks and propose improvements to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of Proven experience in Solution Management, Pre-Sales, or Solution Architecture.
- Strong background in GPS, Telematics, IoT, or related technology solutions.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end solution design and delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
