Recruitment:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates Prepare offer letters and support joining formalities HR Operations & Onboarding: Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation Assist with visa, medical, Emirates ID, and labor card processes Maintain HR records and update HR systems Support attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
