Job Description


  • Perform precise cutting, trimming, and portioning of meat products according to established specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation and packaging of meat products, ensuring accurate labeling and proper handling.
  • Monitor production processes, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or inefficiencies to maximize output.
  • Follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the production process.
