Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive for our fast-growing real estate company who is creative, proactive, and results-driven. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, generating qualified leads, and producing high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate should have strong digital marketing expertise along with hands-on experience in videography and video editing for property promotions and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and property portals
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, and online listings
- Handle videography and photography for property shoots, site visits, and corporate branding
- Edit videos for reels, YouTube, ads, and promotional campaigns
- Manage and grow company pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with sales and leasing teams to promote listings and projects
- Manage basic graphic design tasks (banners, flyers, social media creatives)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation
- Hands-on experience in videography, photography, and video editing
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or similar
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form and long-form property videos
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
- UAE driving license is an advantage
