A well established company based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Civil Architectural & structural draftsman. The candidate must have 5 to 6 years of UAE experience in building and substation projects preferably with structural reinforce detailer.

Job Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings layouts sections and shop drawings in compliance with project requirements.

· Prepare Reinforced Concrete (RC) shop drawings

· Generate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and cutting & bending details

· Coordinate with design engineering and site teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect design intent and site conditions.

· Modify and revise drawings based on comments from consultant’s engineers or construction teams.

· Ensure all drawings adhere to local authority regulations project standards and company quality guidelines.

· Assist in preparing asbuilt drawings and documentation for project closeout.

· Maintain organized documentation and manage revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification:

• Diploma or ITI Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit or other drafting software is an advantage.

• Proven experience in building or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of detailing construction methods and drafting standards.
