🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Operations Manager
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Operations to own and scale end-to-end operations across E-commerce, Retail, Marketplace, and B2B for Yallatoys.com and Yallamomz.com. This role is critical in building scalable, cost-efficient, and customer-centric operations that support rapid growth, seasonal peaks, and brand activations.
This is a hands-on leadership role with high ownership and direct impact on customer experience, revenue, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operations across order management, fulfillment, invoicing, returns, and after-sales
- Work closely with Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, IT, Marketing, Retail, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless execution
- Define, track, and improve core operational KPIs (delivery SLAs, inventory turnover, fulfillment costs, returns, margins)
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and cost leakages; drive continuous improvement
- Ensure operational readiness for sales campaigns, marketplaces, seasonal peaks, and promotions
- Manage operations execution for marketing, PR, events, pop-ups, and new store openings
- Support leadership decisions by grounding strategies in operational feasibility and data
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses
- Strong experience handling B2C and/or B2B order flows
- Solid understanding of operations KPIs, cost structures, and process optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
