Job Description
Store Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce fulfilment centres and stores.
- Ensure accurate shift management, stock replenishment, and order picking efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to enhance order accuracy and reduce turnaround time.
- Monitor KPIs related to order fulfilment, returns, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with central ecommerce and store operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Fleet Operations Management
- Manage and optimize the fleet for last-mile delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective dispatch.
- Develop routing strategies to maximize delivery efficiency and minimize operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, vehicle maintenance schedules, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement technology-driven solutions for real-time tracking and performance monitoring.
- Co-ordinate with third-party logistics providers when required.
Leadership & Strategy
- Drive operations through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage resources for store and fleet operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Vendor management, Customer Service, Order management) to support operations growth.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
