System Deployment: Support the hardware and software deployment and upgrades of all AFC L1 devices, including Metro Gates, Ticket Vending Machines (TVM), Ticket Office Machines (TOM), and Tram Validators.
Integration & Testing: Perform system integration on representative platforms and participate in the qualification of the project’s system architecture.
Platform Management: Administer the integration and development platforms, utilizing VMware for virtualization and OP5 for monitoring.
Technical Leadership: Represent the team in stakeholder meetings, providing technical assistance to customers and subcontractors within complex "brownfield" rail projects.
Automation & Monitoring: Deploy tools to monitor and troubleshoot the platform while managing software updates and upgrades.
Documentation: Create and maintain necessary IVVQ documentation, processes, and procedures.
