Job Description

  • Handle inbound/outbound client calls and messages (phone/WhatsApp) to confirm bookings and convert inquiries into appointments
  • Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling salon/spa/wellness services, packages, and memberships
  • Coordinate client appointments across multiple salon locations and ensure accurate scheduling
  • Follow up with leads, missed calls, and walk-in inquiries to maximize conversion and repeat bookings
  • Maintain and update client details in the system/CRM (preferences, history, packages, notes)
  • Support branches with daily client coordination, confirmations, and service planning
  • Monitor daily sales performance and support the team in achieving targets and KPIs
  • Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor/manager when needed
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience, communication, and professionalism
  • Assist with basic reporting (daily sales, booking confirmations, package sales, follow-ups)
