Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to drive our B2B growth. This is a hybrid role (3–4 hours daily) designed for a "hunter" who excels at networking and opening doors with senior decision-makers.

  • Base Salary: AED 1,200 – 2,000 per month.

  • Incentives: Top performers can realistically earn AED 5,000 to AED 8,000+ per month total. Earn high commissions on every successful B2B conversion.

  • Flexibility: Work remotely for the majority of your day, with only 1–2 offline strategy meetings per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify B2B prospects across various UAE industries through referrals, social media (LinkedIn), and networking.

  • Decision Maker Outreach: Secure introductory meetings with CEOs, Directors, and key stakeholders.

  • Networking: Leverage your existing professional network and attend industry events to build a robust pipeline.

  • Strategic Input: Participate in 1–2 weekly in-person meetings in Dubai to share market feedback and refine our target approach.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a basic log of prospects and follow-ups to ensure no lead goes cold.
