Bynow is building the financial operating system for B2B payments, covering invoicing, payables, embedded BNPL, and AI-powered decisioning.
We’re looking for a Projects & Delivery Associate to ensure internal initiatives are executed with clarity, strong coordination, and disciplined follow-up as we scale.
What You Will Do:
• Support execution of internal projects and key initiatives
• Track deliverables, owners, and timelines across teams
• Prepare agendas and document clear minutes of meetings (MoM)
• Own follow-ups and ensure action items are closed
• Draft concise summaries and internal updates
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3+ years in project coordination, delivery, or execution roles
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• High attention to detail and accountability mindset
• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments preferred
