Perform daily QA reviews on the shop floor for Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI), in-process checks, and raw material (RM) inspections.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for all identified defects and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve quality issues and maintain consistency in outsourced work.
Work closely with the store team to ensure proper RM quality and availability.
