Sales Executive – Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and follow up with walk-in, online, and referral clients.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
