Job Description

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project goals and ADNOC standards.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and proactively identify potential schedule delays, proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports, including variance analysis and earned value management, for stakeholders and ADNOC.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather and validate progress updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness of schedule data.
  • Manage and control project budgets, tracking expenditures, and forecasting costs to ensure financial viability.
  • Lead schedule risk analysis and develop contingency plans to address potential uncertainties and impacts.
  • Prepare and present schedule updates and reports to ADNOC representatives and project management.
  • Review and provide input on contractor schedules, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and ADNOC guidelines.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide planning expertise to support decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ensure adherence to ADNOC's planning and scheduling procedures and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
