Prepare technical submittals and ensure follow-up on material submittals and their approvals.
Propose materials and carry out Value Engineering (VE) when required.
Attend workshop meetings with the consultant and client to discuss project progress and resolve any concerns.
Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all physical samples are provided according to the specified requirements.
