Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports within Oracle Fusion HCM
Develop and manage HCM Extracts for reporting and third-party integrations
Configure and maintain Alerts and Page Personalization based on business requirements
Perform data loads, updates, and transformations using HDL (HCM Data Loader)
Develop and manage outbound integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external systems
Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing Oracle Fusion HCM configurations
