Oversee HR Operations, Payroll coordination, and PRO services for KSA and international locations. Manage end-to-end Saudi immigration processes including visas, renewals, transfers, cancellations, and family visas. Act as the main liaison with PROs, government authorities, consulates/embassies, payroll vendors, and external service providers. Coordinate closely with HR Payroll to ensure accurate employee data, contract changes, salary updates, and compliance for monthly payroll processing. Supervise and guide the HR Administration / PRO support team, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and service quality. Ensure all employee records, visas, work permits, and documentation are valid, updated, and compliant with statutory requirements. Monitor HR systems, approvals, alerts, and helpdesk tickets to ensure timely closure and issue resolution. Handle employee onboarding, exits, visa cancellations, and final settlements in coordination with HR, Payroll, and Legal teams. Support audits, employee disputes, and government cases by providing accurate documentation and reports. Drive process improvements, compliance, and cost efficiency across HR operations, payroll, and PRO services.
