I’m an entrepreneurial-minded medical doctor focused on longevity, based in Dubai, launching a health & performance–focused e-commerce business for the GCC market in the rapidly growing peptides space.

I’m looking for a highly tech-savvy, hands-on technical co-founder to build and run the entire online sales engine.

Important: This is a 100% equity-based role (no fixed salary).

You must have your own income stream or savings and be comfortable with this at the initial stage. You must also have your own visa if based in the UAE.

What you’ll own (hands-on, no outsourcing):

• Build, maintain, and optimise a Shopify (or similar) e-commerce store
• Front-end edits, integrations, analytics, CRM, and automation
• CRO: funnels, landing pages, upsells, subscriptions, A/B testing
• Paid ads: Meta, Google, TikTok (hands-on execution, not agency management)
• SEO: on-page, technical SEO, content, and keyword strategy
• Retargeting, tracking, attribution, LTV optimisation
• Solid understanding of GCC e-commerce (consumer behaviour, payments, logistics)

Mindset:

• Hands-on builder, not a consultant or manager
• Data-driven, fast-executing, strong ownership mentality
• Comfortable hustling for equity at an early stage
