Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the applied position
- Currently residing in Kuwait
- Proven HR / Payroll experience within Kuwait
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, regulations, and compliance
- Experience in:
- HR operations & employee relations
- Recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
- Contracts, leave management, EOSB
- Payroll processing (for Payroll Officer role)
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a professional corporate environment
Nationality
- Open to Arab and other nationalities residing in Kuwait (no malayali/keralites)
