Job Description

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and email correspondence.
  • Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transport coordination for staff and visitors.
  • Support in organizing and scheduling trainings, maintaining attendance, and preparing training materials.
  • Maintain and update office documents and databases (both physical and electronic).
  • Assist with visa processing, renewals, and other HR documentation as required.
  • Prepare reports and letters as needed.
  • Provide coordination support.
