Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Interior Fit-Out
Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Technical Customer Service Executive to join our fit-out division. This role is unique in its requirement for both high-level client management and technical proficiency in design and estimation.
The successful candidate will guide clients through the project lifecycle, from initial 3D visualization to final quotation and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring client requirements are accurately captured.
- Design & Visualization: Produce accurate 2D technical drawings and high-quality 3D image renderings to assist clients in visualizing project outcomes.
- Project Coordination: Act as the technical liaison between the client and the site production team to ensure design fidelity.

Candidate Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and 3D modeling/rendering software (such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray).
- Estimation Skills: Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and formal business proposals.
