Job Description

Manage daily administrative operations for the real estate team • Handle property listings, updates, and documentation for secondary market properties • Coordinate contracts, MOUs, Form A/B/F, and related real estate documentation • Maintain and update records in CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) • Coordinate with agents, operations, and management to ensure smooth workflow • Follow up on documentation, approvals, and internal processes • Organize files, reports, and real estate data accurately • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
