STAHL CraneSystem FZE, based in the Jebel Ali Freezone in Dubai is currently looking to fill the position of:

Back office support Co-ordinator

As the Back office support Co-ordinator you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Department in various tasks and activities.

Duties/ Tasks associated with the position include but are not limited to:

+ Assisting in documentation for domestic & international projects
+ Business Developement
+ Project follow up
+ Key account handling
+ Agent handling
+ Preparation of technical and commercial offers/ quotations
+ Negotiations
+ MIS and maintaining customer database
+ Customer co-ordination for technical & commercial clarification
+ Setting up a customer database and area statistics

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, flexible, creative, a team-player and an independent thinker with a can do attitude.
Skills and qualifications:

+ Degree holder/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
+ fluent in English
+ effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
+ knowledge of German and Arabic would be advantageous
+ minimum of 5 years experience in sales
+ Experience in handling projects preferably in the material handling industry or products relating to the oil and gas industry
+ must be proficient with Microsoft Office
+ Willingness to travel
+ UAE or international driving license required
