This role serves as the first point of contact for clients while supporting the sales team with timely and accurate lead distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Coordination:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and general correspondence
Maintain reception area and meeting rooms
Coordinate internal meetings and manage appointment scheduling
Handle couriers, documentation, and administrative tasks
Leads Management:
Monitor and manage incoming leads through CRM (e.g., Bitrix)
Distribute leads to sales consultants as per company policy
Maintain accurate lead records and ensure timely follow-ups
Generate daily/weekly reports on lead allocation and status
Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead flow and campaigns
