Job Title: Front Office Coordinator cum Leads Management Executive Location: Artha Realty LLC Department: Operations / Sales Support Job Summary: The Front Office Coordinator cum Leads Management Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, and efficiently handling lead allocation and tracking through the company CRM system. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients while supporting the sales team with timely and accurate lead distribution.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Coordination:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and general correspondence

  • Maintain reception area and meeting rooms

  • Coordinate internal meetings and manage appointment scheduling

  • Handle couriers, documentation, and administrative tasks

Leads Management:

  • Monitor and manage incoming leads through CRM (e.g., Bitrix)

  • Distribute leads to sales consultants as per company policy

  • Maintain accurate lead records and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Generate daily/weekly reports on lead allocation and status

  • Coordinate with the marketing team regarding lead flow and campaigns
