We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Officer.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Industry: Real Estate.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing real estate company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
• Experience in real estate or related industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Indeed and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
