Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Senior AI Strategy Consultant, based in Dubai. The role involves leading AI readiness assessments, use case identification, and adoption roadmap engagements for government entities and enterprises. Responsibilities include evaluating organizational AI maturity, designing responsible AI frameworks, and building practical adoption strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will help organizations cut through the AI hype and build governed, structured, and results-driven AI programs. Occasional remote work will be supported.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead AI strategy and readiness assessment engagements for government and enterprise clients
• Conduct AI maturity assessments across data, infrastructure, talent, governance, and culture dimensions
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI and ML use cases aligned with client objectives
• Design phased AI adoption roadmaps with governance checkpoints, milestones, and success metrics
• Develop responsible AI frameworks covering ethics, bias, transparency, and accountability
• Advise on AI technology selection, build-vs-buy decisions, and vendor evaluation
• Facilitate executive workshops on AI strategy, opportunities, and organizational readiness
• Produce deliverables including AI readiness scorecards, use case portfolios, and strategic roadmaps
Qualifications
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect AI capabilities to business value
Experience in consulting with a focus on AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics strategy
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical executives
Understanding of AI/ML technologies including LLMs, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation
Proven ability to facilitate C-level workshops and deliver compelling executive presentations
Knowledge of responsible AI principles, AI governance frameworks, and regulatory considerations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience working within the GCC region is an advantage
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, with 5+ years focused on AI/ML strategy
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies: LLMs, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation
• Experience delivering AI strategy engagements for enterprise or government clients
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, AI governance, and regulatory considerations
• Ability to bridge technical AI concepts and business value for C-level audiences
• Experience with GCC markets is strongly preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AI strategy, cloud AI, data science) preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a strong plus)
ENGAGEMENT DETAILS
Engagement:: Contract / project-based (typically 3–6 months per engagement)
Compensation:: Competitive day rate commensurate with experience
Location:: UAE-based is a MUST; remote with on-site workshops as required
Travel: Availability to travel within GCC as required (all expenses are paid by the company)
